CROCHET BIKINIS

​Gentle hand washing in lukewarm water with a small quantity of delicate detergent/soap.
Thorough rinsing emptying the soapy water and refill with clean lukewarm water, repeat a second time if needed to remove all soap.
After rinsing, gently press the water out of the bikini without pulling or wringing it. If necessary roll it in a clean towel to absorb excess water.
Flat dry by placing the bikini on a flat surface reshaping the bikini in its original form. Allow it to air dry completely.

Do not machine wash or dry. Do not iron.​

When wearing it avoid rough surfaces that may pull the strands of yarn.

CROCHET AND KNIT TOPS

Best if hand-washed, although a very very delicate machine wash may work as well.

WOOL ITEMS (BEANIES, HEADBANDS, SWEATERS)​​

Best if hand-washed.
To avoid felting: handle gently when washing it and rinsing it, use the same water temperature (do not go from cold to warm or viceversa), press water out gently without twisting the fabric.

Or optionally place it on the entire surface of a standard drying rack, so that it lays mostly flat.

For wool sweaters: keep it folded in a closet, do not place the sweater on a hanger as it may lead to stretching.
